This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Mia Share Inc., (“Mia Share,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and secures the information that we collect from and about users of any of Mia Share’s website (the “Site”), mobile applications, platforms, products or services (the “Services”). We also describe the rights and choices you have regarding our use of your information. For purposes of this Policy, “you” and “your” mean the user of the Site or Services. Your use of the Site and Services is subject to this Policy and to our Terms of Use (the “Terms”).
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE. By using any part of the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information you provide as further outlined in this Policy.
What Information Does Mia Share Collect?
We collect information in multiple ways, including when you provide information directly to us or other users through the Services, and when we passively collect information from you, such as from your browser or device that you use to access the Site or Services. As described further below and depending on how you use the Site and Services and interact with us, we may collect the categories of information described below about you or your use of the Site or Services:
Identifiers (such as name, address, phone number, email, IP Address, social security and driver’s license, passport number, or other similar identifiers): Performing services; providing customer service; protecting against fraud; compliance with legal obligations; to administer, operate, facilitate, and manage your relationship and/or account with other users (for example, between borrowers and lenders or between property applicants, brokers, and title agents). This may include sharing such information internally as well as disclosing it to our third-party service providers. We may also save your information to facilitate new products for you.
Commercial information: Providing customer service; marketing and advertising; auditing interactions; performing a contract; compliance with legal obligations to administer, operate, facilitate, and manage your relationship and/or account with other users (for example, between borrowers and lenders or between property applicants, brokers, and title agents). This may include sharing such information internally as well as disclosing it to our third-party service providers. We may also save your information to facilitate new products for you.
Internet activity (such as browsing history, interactions with our Site or advertisements): Performing services; marketing and advertising; auditing interactions; performing a contract; compliance with legal obligations
Geolocation data: Performing services; detecting security incidents or fraud; auditing interactions; debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing functionality; performing a contract; compliance with legal obligations
Professional or employment-related information: Performing services; performing a contract; compliance with legal obligations; to administer, operate, facilitate, and manage your relationship and/or account with other users (for example, between borrowers and lenders or between property applicants, brokers, and title agents). This may include sharing such information internally as well as disclosing it to our third-party service providers. We may also save your information to facilitate new products for you.

Directly from you or your authorized agents during your use of or access to the Site or Services. For example:
From forms you complete on your application or through information you provide us or other users you associate with your account during your use of the Service (for example, during the life any mortgage you might obtain);
When you request a demo of or inquire for information about an Mia Share product or service; or
When you communicate with us (including through our customer support services, internal messaging services connecting users with each other, or on third-party sites associated with the Services )
Indirectly or Automatically from you. For example, from observing your actions on the Site. See “Information Collected Automatically” below for more details.
From third-parties that interact with us in connection with the origination or servicing of any mortgage you might obtain. For example, from credit bureaus, brokers, affiliates, banks, title agents, or other companies.
We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
Information from Third Parties
Our Site or Services may include third-party features, such as interactive mini-programs that run on our Site or Services. These features may collect personal information such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing it.
We may also collect additional information about you, such as demographic, financial, and statistical information, from third parties, such as business partners, marketers, researchers, analysts, and other parties, that we may combine with information collected directly from you or attributed to you to provide the Services.
When you use the Services, we will also collect information from credit bureaus and other third parties to determine your eligibility for credit, connect borrowers with lenders, perform analyses, provide you with marketing offers and assess risks related to your potential mortgage. If another company refers you to Mia Share or assists you in any way in the application process, we may also collect your information from that company in order to process your application.
The following categories of information are generally collected for ISA applicants and borrowers:
Your identifying and application information (for example, your name, address, email, telephone number, date of birth, social security number, and employment information);
Your credit score, credit history and other information related to your creditworthiness, identity and financial transactions; and
Your bank account information and recent transactions.
Information Collected Automatically
Device/Usage Information
We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices or tablets) you use to access the Site or Services. As described further below, we may collect and analyze information such as (a) IP addresses (including city and state information), unique device identifiers, browser types, browser language, operating system, and mobile device carrier information; and (b) information related to the ways in which you interact with the Site, such as: referring and exit web pages and URLs, platform type, the number of clicks, domain names, pages and content viewed and the order of those pages, statistical information about the use of the Site or Services, error logs, and other similar information. We may use third-party analytics providers and technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to assist in collecting this information.
Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies
We may also collect data about your use of the Site through the use of internet server logs, cookies, and/or tracking pixels. A web server log is a file where website activity is stored. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer when you visit a website that enables us to: (i) recognize your computer; (ii) store your preferences and settings; (iii) understand the web pages of the website you have visited; (iv) enhance your user experience by delivering content specific to your interests; (v) perform analytics; and (vi) assist with security administrative functions. Some cookies are placed in your browser cache. Tracking pixels (sometimes referred to as web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny electronic tags with a unique identifier that are embedded in websites, online ads, and/or email and are designed to provide usage information like page clicks, measure popularity of the Site and associated content, and access user cookies. Online and Email Analytics
We may use third-party web analytics services on the Site, such as Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology previously described in the “Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies” above to collect information (including your IP address) to help us analyze how users use the Site, including by noting the third-party website from which you arrive, provide certain features to you, improve and develop the Site, monitor and analyze use of the Site, aid our technical administration, assist in our troubleshooting and customer support efforts, and verify that users have the authorization needed for us to process their requests.
To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. If you get a new computer, install a new browser, erase or otherwise alter your browser’s cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers), you may clear the opt-out cookies, and you will need to re-visit the relevant opt-out page.
If you receive email from us, we may use certain tools, such as clear GIFs, to collect data such as when you open our message or click on any links or banners our email contains. This information helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our Site.

Advertising
We partner with third parties either to display advertising on our Site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partner may use cookies or similar technologies to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to opt out of interest-based advertising, please contact us at info@mia-share.com. Please note you will continue to receive generic ads.
Notice Concerning Do Not Track Signals
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected through the Site for third-party purposes, and that is why we provide choices provided by Google Analytics. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals. Learn more about Do Not Track.
How Will Mia Share Share My Information?
We and our service providers may share the categories of information identified above with the following categories of third parties as described in this section. We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose or sell your personal information, subject to certain users’ right to opt-out of those sales. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. For students of University of Kentucky or Affiliates of University of Kentucky, and for students of Fusion Cyber Inc. and for students at Mobi Bootcamp Corp, we will not disclose or sell your personal or performance data and information to a third party.
Affiliates and Subsidiaries.
We may share information we collect from you to current and future affiliates and subsidiaries of Mia Share.
Service Providers and Other Third-Parties.
We may provide access to or share your information with select third parties who perform services on our behalf, including without limitation, to lenders providing services to borrowers, for marketing, market research, customer support, data storage, analysis and processing, and legal services.
Protection of Mia Share and Others.
By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge, consent, and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce our Terms of Use, this Policy, or other contracts with you, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; and/or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Mia Share, its agents and affiliates, and/or its users and/or the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection, spam/malware prevention, and similar purposes.
Business Transfers.
As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or merge with other companies. In such transactions (including in contemplation of such transactions, for example, due diligence), your information may be among the transferred assets. If a portion or all of Mia Share’s assets are sold or transferred to a third party pursuant to a corporate purchase, sale, or merger, your information may be one of the transferred business assets. We may also use or disclose the categories of personal information described above to evaluate or conduct a divestiture, restructuring, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding in which personal information held by us about our consumers is among the assets transferred.Consent. Consent to information sharing with third party companies (Referrals, Brokers, Lenders, and Title Agents): By accepting this Policy, you agree that Mia Share may immediately begin sharing your information with any third party company that referred you to Mia Share so that company may use your information for its own business purposes, including to market to you. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us at the information provided below. If you revoke consent we will not subsequently share your information with these companies except as necessary to complete the transaction you initiated.
Right to restrict information sharing with companies we own or control (affiliates): Mia Share may share your information among affiliated companies whether or not those companies are covered by this policy. Federal law gives you the right to limit this sharing where it includes information about your creditworthiness other than your transactions and experiences with Mia Share or is used for the purpose of marketing to you. If you would like to opt-out of this type of sharing, please contact us at the information provided below. We may begin sharing your information related to your creditworthiness or any information to be used for marketing purposes 30 days from the date that we first provided this notice if you have not opted-out.
If you would like to exercise your right to opt-out of information sharing by a company affiliated with Mia Share but not covered by this policy, you must consult that company’s privacy policy for instructions on how to exercise your right to opt-out of their information sharing.We may also aggregate, de-identify, and/or anonymize any information collected through the Site or Services in such a way that we cannot reasonably link the information to you, your household, or your device. We may use such aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information for any purpose, including without limitation for research and marketing purposes.
How Does Mia Share Secure My Data?
We take technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. By using our Site or Services, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to, through, or on our Site and that any such transmission is at your own risk. What Choices Do I Have?
Accessing, Updating, and Deleting Your Information. You may be able to access, update, or delete certain information we hold about you in accordance with applicable legal requirements. If you wish to request access or deletion of your information, please contact us at the information provided below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Marketing Communications and Sharing. You may instruct us not to use your contact information to contact you with marketing communications regarding products, services, promotions and special events that might appeal to your interests by contacting us. In commercial email messages, you can also opt-out by following the instructions located at the bottom of such emails. Please note that, regardless of your request, we may still use and share certain information as permitted by this Policy or as required by applicable law. For example, you may not opt-out of certain operational emails, such as those reflecting our relationship or transactions with you.
Nevada Residents. Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of “personally identifiable information” for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. “Personally identifiable information” includes first and last name, address, email address, phone number, Social Security Number, or an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted either physically or online. We do not engage in such activity; however, if you are a Nevada resident who has purchased or leased goods or services from us, you may submit a request to opt out of any potential future sales under Nevada law by contacting us at the information provided below. Please note we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. Once verified, we will maintain your request in the event our practices change.
California Residents. This section only applies to California residents. The rights discussed in this section do not extend to individuals who are not California residents.Under the California “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask for a notice (a) identifying the categories of personal information (as defined by California law) that are shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes and (b) providing contact information for such third parties. Mia Share does not share such information for these purposes.California law may permit California residents to request that we provide you (1) the categories of personal information we have collected or disclosed about you in the last twelve months; (2) the categories of sources of such information; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information; and (4) the categories of third parties with whom we shared personal information.
California law also permits California residents to request that we provide you access to and/or a copy of certain information we hold about you, and to request that we delete certain information we have about you. California residents may also opt out of the “sale” of their personal information. Mia Share does not “sell” your personal information as we understand that term to be defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and its implementing regulations.
You may have the right to receive information about the financial incentives that we offer to you, if any. You also have the right to not be discriminated against (as provided for in applicable law) for exercising certain of your rights. Certain information (such as information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, or information we collect about our employees or job applicants) may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. We need certain types of information so that we can provide certain aspects of the services offered through the Site to you (such as when you inquire about our products and services through our Site). If you ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use those features.If you are a California Resident and would like to exercise any of these rights, please submit a request at the contact information listed below. You will be required to verify your identify before we fulfill your request. You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. What Is Mia Share’s Responsibility for Third-Party Links on the Site?
The Site may contain links to or “from” third-party websites, applications, and other services available to support Site operations and functionality. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and services. If you submit information to any of those websites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage our users to be aware when they access third-party websites and/or leave the Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every site they visit that collects their information.
What Is Mia Share’s Policy on Children?
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at the information provided below.
Retention of Your Information
We keep your information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and/or as required to comply with applicable laws. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it.
We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of the Site or Services, or advances in technology.
